Participants LEARN key content, ENGAGE with that content through reflection and practice, APPLY lessons to immediate needs, and DRIVE transfer of learning through action tools and job aids.

Expect your learners to engage in small and large group discussion, personal writing and reflection time, demos, breakouts, and action planning. All sessions are highly interactive and application-based, aimed at practical and immediate transfer of skills.
