Our coaching guides you through a 1:1 process of identifying growth points and creating an action plan for development. Most coaching partnerships are six months; however, that is customizable based on your timeframe and needs.
This learning journey includes a values-based assessment, goal setting, and measurement. You will have access to Authentic Leader Development’s Coaching Accountability Tool, as well as reflection and action tools to help you remain intentional on your leader development journey.
